Always ready, Aug is very busy maybe early Sept. My brother just moved the Finfish to Montauk for some fishing. Heard Blufins are around.

We have been picking at small Bluefin and Mahi, both South of Montauk and at the Coimbra Wreck area over the past several weeks, but that action has recently slowed down considerably.

I have not heard of any Giant Bluefin taken South of Block Island yet, but that should be starting pretty soon.

A catch from last week...

Your doggie watches TV? Thats pretty funny!

Yes, the tuna is a small Bluefin. And those are Mahi-mahi or dolphin fish.

and BTW a few 'youngsters' on the boat inquired about the ancient 'boombox' I brought on the boat.

Does it Work?

Yeah, and I've got batteries and Discs?

Do you have any Grateful Dead?

Yeah, about 90 or so discs worth.

Can we put some on?

Sure

So we had to blast some GD late Friday on our sail up the LI sound, it got everyone jazzed up again for the end of the race.
